Courtney Younglove, M.D., FOMA, FACOG, DABOM
Courtney Younglove is a physician, dual board-certified in Obesity Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is one of only about a hundred clinicians in the US that has earned her OMA fellowship in the field of Obesity Medicine; one of the highest honors bestowed upon clinicians who demonstrate dedication and commitment to the clinical treatment of obesity and obesity-related diseases and was recently elected to the board of trustees for the Obesity Medicine Association. Dr. Younglove is the founder and medical director of Heartland Weight Loss, an Obesity Medicine practice with clinics in Overland Park, Kansas, and Lawrence, Kansas. Dr. Younglove is incredibly passionate about making evidence-based treatments accessible to all patients who struggle with the disease of obesity as a means to improve health and decrease healthcare costs. She has a deep understanding of our healthcare system and how obesity treatment has the potential to serve as a catalyst to drive systemic changes and enjoys consulting with organizations that are working to make this happen.
